About Pap
Joe ("Pap") Coble's dream was to own and operate an ice cream trailer that could bring joy and smiles to his hometown. Most importantly, he wanted "real" sized cones! Thus, Pap's Dairy Dreams was born in 2011.
Joe operated Pap's until he turned things over to his daughter and her husband- Deanna and Jeffery. Still proudly family-owned and operated, now with an ever-expanding menu, still including "real" sized cones and banana splits!

What to Expect
Pap's Dairy Dreams is a concession trailer on Fairview Drive. We have picnic tables, plenty of green grass, and fresh air. Enjoy the beautiful views (horses splashing in the pond or vibrant colored sunsets on the mountains) with friends and family. Outdoor seating only, but with shade covering from a canopy and umbrellas. No restrooms. Pet friendly for respectful and responsible pet owners.

This is the best ice cream place. The banana splits are amazing. If you can finish, you're doing better than me. Portions are huge. I haven't gotten anything that wasn't amazing. Worth the drive.
